While serching our offer on web site, you can fill in enqiury about each apartment which is at the bottom page description of the apartment. We kindly ask you to fill in all details asked in the form. If you are not certain about actual apartment, you can fill out similar enqiury at the contact page, with description of your desired conditions.
After that we will check possibilities for desired apartment with final price and on going expenses, as well as the amount of advance payment. If offered price and conditions of reservation suit you, you will reply to us with final confirmation upon which we will send you by e-mail calculation for advance payment or total amount of your arrangement.
Advance payment stands for reservation, and it should be paid the latest, 72 hours (3 days) before arrival to the apartment. Upon payment you should notify us by e-mail, or on the phone at: +381 65 9369093; +381 64 9369093.
After confirmed payment you receive a voucher which contains information regarding your arrangement (information about householder, information about guest, date of arrival and departure, and other services you booked).
Advance payment or total amount of your arrangement you can make in several ways:

You pay visitors tax upon arrival and the amount depends of location of the accomodation. This tax is usually 1 euro a day per person, but it also depends of age of users and duration of stay. Children under 18 have 50 % discount and children under 12 don't pay visitors tax. Precise amount of tax depends of destination and duration of stay.
Accomodation prices at site Belgrade Apartments do not include travel insurance for risk of travel or any other kind of insurance. If you wish to have any kind of insurance during your travel and stay in our apartment you can tell us about it and we will provide it.
Belgrade Apartments agent can change or even cancel booked accomodation if during stay arise unexpected circumstances which could not be avoided. In such case agency can with support and help of house owner offer alternative accomodation to guests if that alternative is acceptable for guests.
Offered accomodation alternative should be in the same or higher category then the first one. Difference in price between first and alternative accomodation will be covered by the agency. If it is non possible to offer alternative accomodation to guests, agency is obliged to give full refund.
If guest wishes to cancel already booked apartment, he has to do it by e-mail or in a written form. Upon receiving the notification agency will administer standardized cancellation expenses:
• for 29 day's notice before the start of arrangement agency charges in the name of the owner 30% for expenses from total amount of the arrangement.
• from 28 to 15 day's notice before the start of the arrangement agency charges in the name of the owner 60% for expenses from total amount of the arrangement.
• from 14 to 8 day's notice before the start of the arrangement agency charges in the name of the owner 80% for expenses from total amount of the arrangement.
• from 7 to 0 day's notice before the start of the arrangement agency charges in the name of the owner 100% for expenses from total amount of the arrangement.
If guest does not show in time or cancells the apartment during actual day of arrival,nagency will charge in the name of the owner full amount of the reservation. Guest has also possibility to find replacement, new user for the same reservation. In such case refund will be made to bank's account of the first party involved.
Apartmani Beograd agent's obligation is to make sure to provide all services and their fulfilling, while bearing in mind offered services by the owner. He also has obligation to take care of guest's interests and rights in accordance with good hospitality practise of Belgrade. Owner of the apartment is obliged to make sure and provide all booked and paid services by guest. Therefore, owner is responsible for not delivering all services or part of it for which guest has paid.
Guest is obliged to:
• to own regular passport.
• to respect customs and regulations for foreigners in state of Serbia.
• to respect house rules where the apartment is and to cooperate with owner and agency with best intentions.
• to pay for caused demage in the apartment.
• during arrival to place of stay to show to owner or representative of apartment voucher, verification with details of reservation:apartment's code, number of persons, type of service reserved etc.
If guest does not act in accordance with these regulations, guest will undergo responsability and expences caused by irreverence of his\her obligations.
Belgrade Apartments is not responsible for demages, theft or loss of personal belongings and luggage in the apartment.
Every guest has right to demand compensation for unfulfilled conditions and services that he paid for. During such claim guest should give reclamation in written form.
Procedure regarding reclamations:
• If uppon arrival to destination guest is not satisfied with apartment, he should react immediately and notify the agency, as well as say those same remarks and reclamations to the owner. Guest ought to cooperate with agent and owner of the apartment, with good intentions so that unsatisfactory conditons could be removed as soon as posssible. If guest's reclamation is justified, and accordingly offered service by the owner is not on satisfactory level, agency wil do everything to meet guest's demands and to come up with acceptable solution that agrees with paid service. Agency or the owner of the apartment must not offer to guest service of lower value.
• If guest decides to leave the apartment on his own and find other accomodation, and by doing so does not give the opportunity to agency and owner to find suitable solution, in such case guest does not have right to ask for refund for paid accomodation and reservation, nor can he ask for precompensation by taking legal actions.
• Upon arrival from the journey, guest should give written reclamation to agency in the following 8 days (with signed report by the owner about likely situation and bill of costs). Agency is obliged to solve reclamations in the course of 14 days starting from the day of received written reclamation. Guest resigns intermediation of any person or court of law, or giving information to media until organiser does not come with appropriate solution. By doing so guest is not entitled for recompensation of demage. If guest did not react at the spot of the place for unsatisfactory service or did not send written reclamation 8 days upon leaving the apartment, such reclamation will not be taken into consideration.
If guest is not satisfied with offered solutions by the agency, he/she can then address to relevant court in Belgrade.
